Project: A toolkit to guide NGO partners within and between countries to create and maintain strong partnerships.
Concept: The logistics and politics surrounding partnership among various groups within and between countries can be very challenging to manage. In order for their efforts of collaboration to avoid “fraying,” they need to focus on how best to work together.
Solution: Used the motif of a rope as a symbol of connection among the groups, conveying the understanding that the rope can weaken and fray if friction/difficulties are not managed well.
