Complete identity package for quiet mind yoga.

Concept: Minimalist, invigorating, and calming.

Background: quiet mind yoga was opened in March 2008 in Washington, DC. The studio was creating a space to let go in, whether that was through a vigorous yoga class or a cooling, restorative one. The desired result of the experience was feeling a flatline between the ears, and a rejuvenated peacefulness.

Method: The tagline and logo needed to be both energetic and calming. “radiate peace” did both in two words. The logo conveyed the “flatline,” which a quiet mind generates. The colors supported the guiding principles of the studio: a particular blue to communicate both vigor and calm; the green to convey the studio’s commitment to earth-friendly materials and practices; and brown for the grounding experience that classes provide.
