Project: Direct Relief International worked with St. Damien Hospital — one of the few facilities not destroyed by the earthquake in January 2010 — to provide care to patients with trauma injuries.
As a way to showcase InterAction members’ work in the field, we asked the NGOs to provide footage and still images of projects that have illustrated impact, and we created a short video. InterAction is the largest alliance of U.S.-based international nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), with more than 190 members working in every developing country.
